Shipping Cost

Order Processing Time Please allow a processing time for your order before your order leaves the warehouse. Order processing time is estimated in "full business days," excluding the day on which the order is placed. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and 10-14 "full business days" for shipping. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Weekends & Holidays are excluded.

Flat Rate Shipping Cost $7.50 on ALL ORDERS!!

Delivery

Orders are delivered via FedEx within the continental US. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be delivered via FedEx or United States Postal Service. All orders will be delivered within 10 to 14 business days.

Our Return Policy

RETURNS A 10% Restock Fee will apply on all returns /exchanges not including order discrepancies. 

If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item, we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service). If you order the wrong size merchandise, we will replace it, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Please support@awesomechristiantshirts.com. To speed up the return process please have your order number available when emailing.

T.J.’s Treasures Return Policy Here are the basic steps: - Pack the item securely in the original package.

- Enclose the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item and the resaon for the return.

-All products must be returned in the same condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Please note: that a full credit is only the amount of the product/items. The shipping charges will not be refunded.

-All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

-You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. This does not include freight items. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained, items must be in original packaging. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied after 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

-You can recieve Authorization for return at support@awesomechristiantshirts.com Include order number, Name, Store you ordered from and reason for the return. Do not return merchandise without Authorization.

Accuracy: We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that neither the company or its contractor is an insurer; that customer assumes all risk of personal injury and or loss or damage to Customer's Premises or to the contents thereof. The customer has read and understands this agreement when purchases any products from the company or contractor of the company. We do our best to make sure products are in stock. Our items are custom made so there are times that an item may be unavailable at the time of order. This happens with any internet and or catalog sale business and we at T.J.'S Treasures will not be held liable for out of stock conditions.
